Hours:
A self-paced CE course (5.5 contact hours) for clinicians, covering over-documentation & under-documentation, note formats, ethics, crisis and safety documentation, EHR and AI-assisted notes, correcting the record, telehealth, precise intervention language, and person-centered (named versus third person) documentation.
Requires a passing score on the final assessment: 80%.
